"I'll keep you in the bedroom so long they'll put your face on a milk carton."

So, for those of you who haven't seen these FAB dating videos yet, please behold, the wonder that is FunnyorDie.com's lampoon of Jon and Kate of "Jon and Kate Plus 8" fame:

Heeeeere's Jonny...

And Kate...

Aaaaaand, the infamous other woman, partymonster Hailey Glassman...

Phenomenal.

And as an added bonus, meet Bobby, the best Perfect Date dater EVER. This is one of my all time favorite videos on the interwebs, and that honor doesn't come easily...

"I got brains, I got big old brains, I got dinosaur brains."

"I'll keep you in the bedroom so long they'll put your face on the back of a milk carton. They'll come looking for you, but they won't find you though, 'cause you'll be gone, like a ghost, like a sex ghost. You'll only come out on Halloween and Valentine's day being like knock knock, who's there? Trick or Treat, SEXXXX."

In-fucking-credible.

Until next time...

V-Day Pub Crawl...Good Times

Hello loves!

So remember that Valentine's Day pub crawl I mentioned a week or two ago? Well, it was spectacularly hilarious. Here are the fun details:

My friend Ali came over mid-afternoon, and though we'd planned on meeting up with the pub crawl around 4, we wound up crushing silver bullets in my apartment for a solid three hours. Eventually, we made our way to The Point (which is where I had my 23rd b-day party a few months ago).  There, we met several fun boys (one of whom was a hot Australian doctor!!) and took down a few more pitchers before stumbling around the corner to The Bell In Hand.  By then I was totally blackout and managed to leave my phone at the first bar...awesome times.

I retrieved my phone at some point and proceeded to text one of my man situations something that elicited the response, "ha.  happy valentine's."  I have no idea what I said in my text because I know myself too well and deleted it from my outbox the minute I sent it.  I think I was hoping that if it wasn't in my outbox when I woke up, then I never really sent it haha. During this time I also turned down several text invitations from the hot Aussie doctor to go hang out in Cambridge.  Oh my life.

Around 10 or 11 I peaced out of the bar and the next thing I knew, I was waking up in my bed, snuggling with my laptop and a heart-shaped box of chocolates, with my alarm clock flashing 3:30AM.  I've managed to piece together my stumble home and it looks like I stopped by CVS to buy my single self some v-day lovin...awkhawk.  Drunk me is clearly retarded, because I obviously should have chosen the hot doc over russell stovers.  FML.

More updates to come!

Valentine's Day!

Hello bunnies!

Happy Valentine's Day to those of you who actively celebrate it! Personally, I'm pretty indifferent about the day unless I have a boyfriend, in which case I usually like to make a nice dinner and just hang out. Boyfriends definitely win points for presents that come in Tiffany's boxes and for unconventional activities, but I definitely don't expect or demand either.

My sophomore year boyfriend and I actually did dinner, a movie, and then went sledding on Valentine's Day '05. So much fun! The best gift I've ever gotten on v-day was from my junior year boyfriend. He had made dinner reservations, so I went to shower and when I got back to my room he'd left a pink lacoste polo and a bouquet of wildflowers on the table by my bed. Talk about perfection! Maybe I'm a guy in that respect, but I most appreciate gifts that I can actually use or wear.

Disclaimer: Most girls will NOT appreciate a gift of clothing because you will inevitably buy something too big or too small and she will be embarrassed. My ex could get away with this because he was mildly gay and knew my size. However, giving a girl flowers that aren't roses is ALWAYS a do. As long as you don't buy carnations (the poor man's flower), she'll appreciate the creative gesture.

Alright my loves, I'm off to go celebrate v-day with a pub crawl in Faneuil! Have fun with whatever you're up to today/tonight!!

XOXO (x 25 for v-day) - Christine
